Turkey - Before or After Cooking

Okay, so this is strange. I purchased a Market Pantry Turkey Breast. The nutritional label on the turkey is what I was going off of. However, my question is would this be the nutritional information for meat weighed raw or cooked? I was assuming cooked weight, however the nutritional information is so drastically different than that of the general "turkey meat, cooked, roasted".
So, does anyone know? When you purchase a frozen turkey is the nutritional information for (in this case) 4oz of cooked or raw meat? From my experience, you lose about an ounce per 4oz in cooking for white meat. So, there is a big difference between eating 3 or 4oz of cooked meat.
Appreciate the info!

What weighs more, a pound of raw turkey or a pound of cooked turkey
On a serious note, they are listing the raw weight, because the weight will change depending on how you prepare it0 -
Assuming it's an uncooked turkey, the USDA labeling standard is for raw weight unless otherwise specified.0

She is saying if you take a 4oz breast (raw) and cook it, and let it cool. It will weigh about 3oz when you are done.0 -

That is exactly how that goes! I was hoping that I was explaining that well.0 -
