Does this sound like a reasonable exercise schedule??

M-W-F: C25K + Bikram Yoga
T-R: Body Pump
Sat or Sun: 1 day random (outdoor) activity - skiing, hike, etc, 1 day rest.

    Yes, I like to workout 6 days a week. 2-3 cardio & 2-3 strength training. Mixing in a "fun" workout I think is key. I run regularly for my cardio, but will play hockey once a week to mix it up. I also like to do circuits when doing strength training rather than concentrating on one muscle group at a time.
