Liquid diet recipes

Hi everyone! I need your help ^_^

Do to some horrible dental problems I must suffer thru for the next few weeks (waiting on that insurance to kick in), I have to start drinking most of my meals to avoid pain. I have been looking around online for recipes, but would like to hear your recommendations! Specifically, I need vegetable recipes. I should also mention that I am vegetarian and do not eat dairy.

    Sorry to hear about your dental problems! You can pretty much cook whatever you cooked before and you could puree it to a thin consistency in your blender, so you can drink it. Zucchini works pretty good or you could make a ratatouille for more flavor. Butternut Squash tastes very good as well pureed, kinda like dessert. just steamed if you dont want the extra calories or oven roasted tossed in some oil,cinnamon,and brown sugar, i like to *kitten* cayenne pepper but not sure how this would work with your dental problems.
