I'm 5'7". Weight usually between 176 and 182, stays consistently in that range.
Bust: 40.5
Waist 31.5
Hips 43.5
I wear a size 14 usually, depending on the brand, occasionally a 16 (usually pants) or a 12 (usually tops or dresses).
I like my basic body shape. I'm kinda a cross between an hourglass and a pear.
A bit concerned that if I lose weight it'll come off the boobs first, leaving me more bottom heavy, but we'll see.
I don't have a goal weight or goal size. I just want to eat healthily, exercise, and let my body naturally find a point that is stable when I'm healthy and fit. If I stay this size or close, but am toned and healthy, great. If I wind up significantly smaller (I don't really think that I will, though) then that's fine too. I would like to keep the boobs and curves though! Anyone else coming from a similar place? I feel like a lot of people seem to have a very specific goal in mind in terms of size or weight.1 -

Everyone says they dont think I wiegh as much as I do! At 140lbs I had a 27 waist and 36 hips so my goal is around 140lbs again but if I get to similar measurements before then I will stop and eat maintanance calories and keep working out 3hrs a week1 -

I was thinking the same thing!
Where are all our "plus" size 5'6"?
Yea, I came on this thread for inspiration; it didn't work. I'm 5'5.5 and I couldn't imagine having a 23 inch waist. I'd be ecstatic with a 29/30 inch waist.0 -

I used to have a killer waist but when I started "dieting"
a year ago it made me gain flab and fat on my belly that
was never there before..
Now I"m looking for healthy and fit instead of skinny!
This thread is so interesting, to see how different people/bodies etc are!
