Special K Challenge?

Anyone done that Special K challenge? Thoughts? Opinions?

    I wondered about it when they were giving away a free pair of jeans (is that still the deal?). Then I opted not to because I wouldn't want to get a new pair of jeans just to gain the weight back because I lost it in an unhealthy way. What good would the jeans do me if they didn't fit? Jusy MHO.

    My thoughts are the marketing geniuses at Special K have found a way to get people to buy and consume their products in order to lose weight. The reason the consumers will lose weight is because they will be eating in a calorie deficit, not because of the magic ingredients contained in the Special K products.

    You can eat real food in a calorie deficit and bypass buying the prepackaged products. That's what most of us on MFP are doing.
