Ugh...blew that lunch

I just ate 2, that's right 2 pb &j sandwiches for lunch instead of my planned chicken steak! I absolutely cannot have pb in the house anymore. It is really hard not to do that, because my daughter loves pb & j sandwiches, and it's what I use to stuff my dogs' with when I go somewhere!

    Try eating one PBJ next time, and go easy on the PB. It's pointless to eliminate foods you love, especially when they're sitting there, staring you in the face. Eat it slow, and have carrots or a salad on the side to help fill you up while you get to enjoy the flavor of the sandwich.

    Bu some PB2 online. It is powered peanut butter and is good for certain things.

    Eat so much of it that it makes you puke. You’ll never want it again! Lol
    What’s weird is that I’m not a huge fan of peanut butter but I crave it when I’m eating low cal. You could buy those pb cups that way you don’t go overboard and if you do, remember tomorrow is a new day! It’s very challenging when your family is eating your trigger foods
