hi everyone! Im new to this website so i figured id post a little something. Ive been doing this for about 5 days and have already 3 lost pounds! Ive always been into fitness/working out but that isnt enough anymore. I never realized how important it is to keep track of what you eat. My goal is to lose a good 30 lbs and to be healthy. Well thats about it lol, hopefully ill also get to meet some great people along the way! :happy:
