I have lost 146 pounds in the last year but I needed something more to keep me going. I ran across this web site when searching for calories and thought it might be the tool I needed to keep going with this healthy life style. One of my biggest problems is trying to find the time to work out as I'm at a desk job all day, often for 9-12 hours, it's really difficult to find a way to squeeze in the time for workouts. At any rate, I'm hoping the food and exercise logs here, along with a community of people to share info with is what I need to keep going on my path of healthy living.

    It looks as though you've come a long way already! Trying to fit it all in is hard, I've only been on this web site for a week, but it seems really good and the people are really nice and supportive...just what you need!
