question for all of you that are doing/have done Insanity

I am currently on my 2 round of going through insanity. I am on week 3, got a couple questions. First off, the 2nd time around i have not kept the schedule like i did the 1st time around. I have been doing the workouts on weekdays and not on the weekend because i am usually not at my house. Question is when my schedule gets off do i still take the designated rest days? Reason i as is today is a rest day but i wont do it saturday and sunday either. What does everyone think? Will it hurt me in the long run?

Also does anyone have a good suggestion for foot relief while doing insanity. I do the warmup and go right into the stretching and there are times i have to come out of the stretch because my feet will cramp bc of my darn flat feet. i have tried barefoot does not help. This happened the 1st time i did it too. Is there an insole the will help me with this?
