How many calories per day do you eat?

In a few months I'll be transitioning off my weight loss plan and going into maintenance mode. Currently I"m doing interval training 3x a week and walk 100 minutes per day on a treadmill at 2.5 mph 5 days a week.
What I want to know, for those that are maintaining or building muscle how many calories are you eating per day? I like to research and to be prepared for the next step.
Currently I'm eating 1630 calories per day, and honestly unless I throw some junk food in, it's hard to reach that goal when I'm burning about 700 calories on top of that. I might need to invest in a quality protein shake...

    I am maintaining-building Muscle and I eat around 2300 Kcal Per day, most of it from protein, around 200 gr per day. I want to increase though.

    You cannot build muscle with anything less that 2300 kcals. You need to stop doing 100 min on treadmill, I love to be on the treadmill I did the same amount of time with you but I now I do 30 min per day. You don't need more.
