Ok, I put pickle juice in my tuna instead of adding mayo or ranch... I just got to thinking, I have NO IDEA about any of the nutrional info on pickle juice.... I'm sure it is probably high in sodium, but does anyone have any ideas on what anything else? do any of you guys use pickle juice in your tuna? How do you add it in the food log?

I don't think there is much in the way of calories, but it is full, and I mean full, of sodium, so you may want to limit the amount you use, or just drink a little more water on the Tuna days.

oh I love dill pickle juice and have been known to drink it:drinker: :embarassed: even though I know it is full of sodium:bigsmile: Since the pickles I buy do not have any calories or carbs or fat, I would assume that the juice doesn't either. I guess on days you use that, you might want to cut back on the sodium at other meals..........

Best of luck and congratulations on losing 23 pounds!!

I'd think it's pretty much just salt and vinegar. You could just log pickles -- it' s not like those have any real nutritional value, either (unless "freaking awesomely delicious" is a nutrient).
