Before my Birthday

Hey Guys,
So my birthday is Jan 26th and I'm Finally going to be legal where my boyfriend lives!!! so he has a big party planned at a club... Only problem is, all eyes are going to be on me, which is going to be weird because I usually try to hide myself as much as possible, well I want that to change! Time to pull off the pounds and enjoy myself, I'm williing to put in the time and effort it takes, just wondering if anyone had any tips to really get it going? :) Anything helps.

    There's no special/magic thing to get it done- but the good part of that is that there's no secret- it's all about diet and exercise! :-) Eat at a deficit (10-20% off of your TDEE is a good place to start) and burn calories- lifting/resistance training is a great way to improve overall physique and body composition.. and cardio burns additional calories. :-) You have about 2 months.. that's a lot of opportunity for gym time :-) You can do it, girl!
