Protein Pancakes
I'm trying to get more protein into my diet, so I made this super simple protein pancake. 1 egg, 1 scoop of protein powder (I used chocolate Muscle Milk powder) and around 2 OZ of water. It was pretty good and packs 22 grams of protein. You just mix the three ingredients together and I just made one large pancake and with this particular protein powder it had 242 calories, but other powders will vary. It tasted like a chocolate souffle, in pancake form and kept me full for longer than other breakfasts usually do.

Awesome! That sounds really good! I went the lazy way today and just added some vanilla whey into a pre made pancake mix. Still yummy, probably not as good for you, though.
Here's a link for a banana/egg pancake recipe that I've hears is really good, although I've not been ambitious enough to try it yet. http://www.blogilates.com/recipe-index/100-natural-pancakes-recipe-gluten-free-flourless-low-calorie. This gal has some seriously good advice. Her exercise vids rock, too!0
