    Find fruits and veges that you like, and make sure you have some variety. Research things that really are healthy, and don't just claim to be. Eat protein in the morning and supplement with protein powder as well. This will go far in keeping you full and satisfied when starting to add more fruits and veges; let's face it, if you are not used to eating them, they don't satisfy your hunger.
