Hi! I am new at Using Myfitness Pal. I set it up a while back and didn't stick with it, but this time around I am being a very avid user logging in numerous times a day and logging everything. This is week 2, I was very proud to come off of Thanksgiving with a .5 lb loss. My question is, how many of you out there if you don't work out only have around 300-400 calories left for a dinner? Also I am curious how many of you out there have a day where you go over (a cheat day)? I am a very competitive person and it bothers me if I go over my calories which is 1330 a day. Any comments/suggestions??
