re-introduction

So I started this at the beginning of the month, and things were going okay. But then mid month I was rear ended and had to stop working out so as not to cause damage to soft tissue that may have been injured. It's been two weeks and I feel alright, haven't needed to see the doctor at all, so I figure I should be alright to start doing some exercise again. Deleted my old account so that I could start fresh instead of having the motivation killing "Nov3mbermist hasn't logged in for a week!" staring at me when I log in. So I am back. And I am ready to kick some butt.
