How to log simmered wine in recipes?

Hi,
Who knows how I should log wine that has been simmered in a recipe (ie stews, coq au vin). I imagine most of the alcohol gets cooked off but it will still contain sugar. Would you just halve the normal calories as a ballpark guess?
