I would either talk to or call your supervisor and email a follow up notice after the conversation. Explain that this isn't a good fit and you have another offer starting Monday. Let them know you are willing to finish the week out.
2 weeks is great to have and companies appreciate but any notice is nice. Not showing up is rude and they will probably try to contact you to see if youre coming in. Honestly it takes longer than 2 weeks to hire new staff. Where I'm at we usually don't get a new person in for 4-6 weeks after receiving notice. So don't stress the time length too much.0 -
