ease into 30 day shred?

Is there a way to ease into the 30 day shred? I made it almost halfway through and I had to stop. I've never been able to coordinate my breathing to exercise very well if that makes sense, and I was out of breath 10 minutes into level one, with two stops for water already. Following the easier routes even. I just don't have the endurance to do the whole 30 minutes right off the bat.
I don't mean need a few seconds to catch my breath, i mean feeling dizzy gulping for air kind of out of breath. ><

Just do what you can! take a week or two and do what ever you can out of the 30 mins, if you have to skip stuff, its cool, as long as you are pushing yourself you will see a gradual improvement!!0
