    Hi and welcome!!

    AuntKaren - a stone is about 14 lbs. British thing - took me a long time to figure it out, but someone posted about it on here a while back (plus I looked at her profile and the total is 28 lbs :laugh: )

    Hey sorry to confuse any of you, here in the UK when we talk about losing weight we say it in stone, sorry! Are there any others on here from the uk then.
