Cardio?

I don't have a gym and I do HIIT. Other than running what are some good cardio options? I have a decent amount of muscle but I need to burn off more fat which maybe means more cardio? I have a treadmill but running all the time is annoying...so what are some other options I might not be thinking about?

    Jump rope, roller blading, ice skating, Zumba, dancing
  • Moderate cardio with a nice controlled 500-750 caloric deficit can do the trick. Slow steady pace wins the race, good luck.

    I would rather do about anything than the treadmill - esp on a regular basis! LOL! Have you looked at any at-home workouts? TurboFire, Insanity, Asylum are all excellent cardio workouts - truthfully, better than anything I've ever done before.
