Let's Try This Again...

I have been on MFP off and on for nearly 3 years. Lost a total of 70lbs. Then last spring I found that I had an on-line stalker. It freaked me out and I ended up closing my account and creating a new one. For whatever reason, my motivation plummeted after that. (I was nearing 500 days in a row dammit!)

Anyway, too hot, too lazy, it's just one days, blah blah blah, excuses. I have now put 30lbs back on from my lowest weight and I am miserable. I CANNOT go back to the 200's!

The last six months have not been a total failure, I did manage to complete 2 half marathons.

Time to cut the excuses, the bargaining and procrastinating. It is all bullsh!t and I am better than that. MFP works, I know this. All I need to do is log in and log my food. The journey back on the right path starts now!
