Trying to get back in the army

Hello my name is Bella. I got out of the army in 2010. I could not reenlist because I did not make the weight requirement for my age group or height. I'm 5,10 and it was 171. I at that time was 210. Now I'm 226 and I'm dying to get back to 170 or less if possible. I gave up a lot of time, and over ate because I was stressed out or bored. Now I just want my income back and damn near willing to do anything to get it back........ Need some encouraging. Help me out. Add me

There are a couple people here that are in the army.... at least one fitness instructor for the army.


I'm in the Canadian Army.
