I don't really give myself a cheat day so much as a "more relaxed day". Usually on my weigh-in day I will also go to the gym and get in a good workout. I know that I have a full week before weighing again and have earned some extra calories. I don't usually use all of them but if I want a little extra something or if I want something with a little more sodium that will get out of my body before weighing next, then I will enjoy it. Like Chinese or something, even though I still order something like steamed chicken and broccoli with the sauce on the side. I am personally making this a new lifestyle so I don't want to make cheat days a habit (which is what got me here in the first place), but I will have a treat now and then which is definitely part of a healthy lifestyle.0
