How is that related to junk food?
Seriously? Why is it every time I post on MFP someone feels the need to nitpick? Everyone else is posting general weight-related problems. "Running up stairs and your thighs clap" isn't directly related to junk food either. The point is that the junk food made us fat. How about you put a smile on your face and look at positive things instead of trying to find issues with what people say?0
