12/9-12/15 = Walk/run combo of 19 miles
12/16-12/22=Walk/run combo of 18 miles
12/23-12/29=Walk/run combo of 16.3
Total of 63.5. I made it!!0 -

Just checked MapMyRun- so far in December I have logged in 70.04 miles and I plan on adding another 6 tomorrow. This will make December my highest montly mileage since I started jogging in February. I started with the C25K program and then worked on the 10K program. What should have taken 7 weeks, took me closer to 14 weeks, but I now try and jog 6 miles every other day.0

Here's my question to everyone. Are you counting only miles covered for strictly exercise or mile covered through daily activity as well? Reason I'm asking is I've only been recording exercise miles but my pedometer tells me I've gone much farther through just my daily activity. Thanks for your responses.
Personally, I would only count miles covered in exercise. I never track what I do outside of my workouts.0 -
