My name is Juliana. I am new to the message boards and hoping to find encouragement. I am a single mother of 5 beautiful children. I need to lose about 40 pounds. I lost 60 a few years ago and have been stuck ever since. I am hitting 40 in a few months and am hoping to acquire a healthier lifestyle. I have been promising myself I would be where I wanted to be in life by 40 and I am down to the wire! :-) Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say hello!
