Help with jacket potatoes

Hello everyone, need a bit of help with jacket potatoes.Do you weigh them before or after i cook them ?

    I weigh them before, and log them as raw potatoes by weight. They're in the database cooked, although you might find them easier as "baked" rather than "jacket", as they're not universally known as that!
