chipotle chicken salad

. trying to log the salad im going to have from chipotle tonight for dindin. lettuce, chicken, blackbeans, salsa. one entry calls it 680 calories, which I thought was really high, another has it at 280, which sounds a little to low. what do we think guys? Thanks!

    Chipolte has an online calculator you can use to figure out your meal with specific toppings...then just quick add you cals.
