Help - Baton Rouge

I went to a work lunch and learn today. The food was provided by the restaurant Baton Rouge. I made healthy choices, primarily filling my plate with a mixed greens salad tiopped with the tip of the spoon with lime ginger salad dressing, and then sampled about 1/4 cup of their long grain white and wild rice with some sort or spicy seasoning (from their mardi gras menu) and a about 2.5 oz chicken breast with some (maybe) bbq sauce and some corn veggies on the top (also from the mardi gras menu) .

So I have checked out the main Baton Rouge website and Can't find any of the nutritional information. I know with the seasoning on the chicken and rice the calories and sodium are going to be high and I want to be as close to acurate as possible.

Does anyone have any suggestions/knowledge of where I can find this information?

  • other then emailing and asking I'm not too sure. If you had the louisiana BBQ chicken I googled it and got this for a guestimate for calories. Other then that you could always google BBQ sauce and get an average for sodium ect. same with Chicken.

I checked around at the sites I have for restaurant info and Baton Rouge wasn't there. I agree with Kim, I think you're going to have to rely on guestimating this one.
