P90x - Women...wk 1 of classic ... want to do it with me?

Hi All,

I am new on the forum and in my 1st week of P90x Classic. Im was wondering if anyone else just started and would like to do it with me? I am a mother of 3 in my mid 30s and looking to loose about 10 lbs and tone up.

I have been doing some Jillian Michaels 30day shred before this...but was getting board doing the same thing..and although I got a good sweat out of the workout...I never had that good workout soreness that I am experiencing with p90x this week.

I do have to say though I am a little intimidated by p90x as some of the moves I just can't do (ie the crunches while your body is the shape of a V...not anywhere close to being able to do that yet), but needed something a more challenging. I have started and stopped p90x a couple of years ago...and Im trying to really stick with it. I also am doing a clean eating diet and trying to limit my carbs.

Anyone interested in joining with me? Would love to be able to compare notes as we go through it....:smile:

    Im going to say I doubt theyll check this post even if they're still doing it as this thread is 2 months old.
