Starting the 6 week six-pack today

Hi everyone,

I'm starting Jillian Michaels 6 week six-pack today- anyone else just starting? I can do with a bit of motivation.

Has anyone completed this? Results? What can I expect? I've done the 30 day shred but with breaks in between but i'm going on holiday in 4 weeks and I want to kick things up a notch. My belly and hips are my main concerns, I seem to have a stubborn "pooch" that I can't shift. Hoping this might do the trick!
