Get Fit for the New Year! I'm starting an INSANITY accountability group for the second week of January. This group is for anyone who currently has or will be purchasing the INSANITY program to get fit at home. We will eat clean, exercise hard and push each other to give it all they have.
Do you have anything to lose starting Jan. 7th?
