I finally decided it was time to track what I eat instead of just eyeballing it today. I started my workout/diet regiment again after my attempt last semester failed due to extreme laziness. I kicked the laziness cycle (for the most part), and I hope to maintain my weight loss plan for the rest of the semester. I hope to get to know you all a bit more, and I'm glad to see so many of you trying to better yourselves like me.
