One week MFP anniversary

I joined this site one week ago and have just completed day 5, level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. Thank you for the motivational posts and pics. I would have scoffed at the idea that I needed the extra exercise. Thank you for pushing me to another level.

    Are you feeling better? Or are you at the "Damn you Jillian, I can't lift my arms" stage?

    My arms arn't the problem. I was lifting weights for two months before starting the video. It's the cardio that is killing me. I said the "F" word out loud this morning when she started on her third set of jumpingjacks. I used to be able to do those all day long. Now I feel like I am going to die. I'm thinking I need to get a heart rate monitor.
