Oh, I just remembered and I don't know if this is any help but when I am watching tv and an ad break comes on then I do jumping jacks till the show is back on. Every little bit helps, right?

I think people would be surprised what difference this can make...During my first marriage I would roll ground balls to my step-son during commercials with the intent of working on "soft-hands". One night my now ex-wife counted that he took about 150 ground balls...
