guys - post your height/weight/BF%

I probably shouldn't post this, as it's just going to drive me crazy... but for those of you who have had your body fat TESTED (not calculated by online calculators), post your numbers, the BF testing method used, and a pic.

I'm trying to get a sense of how far away I am from looking how I want to look. I'm 5' 8", and at 169lbs I test at 12-13%, but I'm starting to doubt those numbers.

    I'm 5'7" and 164 and last measurement (caliper method) was 14.83%.

    Edit: But you look (in your photo) like you're a good bit more muscle than fat compared to me, honestly.

    6'5" 217 and 19% measured with calipers at the doctors office.

    5'7 185 in my profile pic. Same day as bod pod test 12%.

    6ft /170lbs and i honestly don't know what my BMI is. I would say most people mark it down 2-3 points less than what is actually is.

    Yea... I'm no where near 12%... probably closer to 20. Thanks guys.

    5'3.75", 131 pounds... Military Body Fat Calculator and Electrical Impedance Handheld Device (used properly) both show me between 12.6% and 12.8% body fat routinely. Personally I feel I am significantly higher than that but I have BDD so I could also be crazy.

    I have about as much muscle as a jar of mayonnaise. Working on that...
