Creatine monohydrate questions

My knowledge of supplements and their benefits is quite minimal. Through the little amount of research I have done has caused me to stumble upon creatine. I was wonder if people could give me their opinion of it. When researching creatine I have found mostly positives about it's use so if someone could tell me some of the negatives that would be very helpful. Also, would supplementing creatine into my diet be beneficial for a cross training workout routine like P90x?

    I used it for a few months while doing P90X2. It can definitely help you push harder in your workout but it was giving me stomach aches so I stopped. It won't provide you any greater or fast results in cutting fat but it might help you burn a few more calories as you can sustain exercises longer. I don't think it was worth the money though.

    Hmmm.... Some creatine will cause stomache problems/upset stomache at first. Also you have to drink RIDICULOUS amounts of water.

    Thats really the only negative I can think of. :)
