They eat meat when no one's looking.

    I'm loling quite good now

How else do you explain that vegan powerlifter who can deadlift almost 600 pounds?

Maybe there were some white castles hidden near the chalk.

Have you tried following the diet plan that came with it?

At least, I assume that P90X2 has a diet plan (with recipes and schedules) like P90X.

I'd think that should make it so you hit your macros, or pretty darned close.

LOL pretty obvious. I feel like I eat a lot already, should I just double up at meals?

    Fatty meat?

hey bro, some good foods with a lot of protein I eat are:
    Chicken (very clean)
    Eggwhites (about 10-12 a day)
    Tuna
    Milk
    Yogurt
    Cottage cheese
    Cheese

And protein shakes, the one listed above is like 60$ and 18gr per serving??
Don't buy it! Waste of your money, I pay far less for more and 21-28gr of protein per serving.

These old ladies were consuming and retaining far more than 30g of protein in their pulse feeding meal. Myth, yes.

Protein pulse feeding improves protein retention in elderly women
