fake chicken enchiladas

i threw this together last night and it was really good!! i call it fake cuz theres no tortillas and was super super easy!!

put some chicken breast tenders in a baking dish, season with s and p

layer some thin-sliced provolone cheese over the chicken and top with enchilada sauce, i used red. bake until chicken is done.

super easy and it was really good!!!

I love Chicken enchiladas! I will have to give it a go! Not sure how the hubby will like it, but it's basically the same without tortillas! Saves on calories! Thanks for sharing!
