So, I'm no where near being new to MFP (joined a year a so a go and went inactive) but I am in need of people with goals close to mine that can help me be more accountable for my logging. I've been pretty good about it but I've learned that I sometimes I need the extra push to go out and get my exercise done. Here are my stats:
Starting Weight: 210 (Spring 2011)
Current Weight: 180 (11/24/12)
Goal Weight: 145-150
Height: 5'9"
Age: 21
Really, I just need to start eating a lot cleaner and getting my butt out there to exercise!

You hit the nail on the head...getting your butt out there and exercising. There are people on here who can and will support you but your main supporter will need to be yourself. You will do it though...I know you will.0

How about someone with similar stats, but is in maintenance? I'll let you decide...
Starting Weight - 190 (I think, I was afraid to get on the scale) October 2010
January 1st 2012 - 180 (when I really got serious)
Current Weight - 149
Goal Weight - 157 (I kept going after hitting this, got to 143, needed to gain a few)
Height - 5'11
Age - 34 very soon!
I feel my best when I'm between 147-145, but I let things slip a bit lately. It's a constant battle to keep the scale from saying 150 again!
The smallest changes can make the biggest difference. Just tell yourself that you'll feel better if you eat better and get your exercise in, because you will. It will give you something to be proud of! Good Luck!0 -
Aw, thanks, ladies! :flowerforyou: It's really hard at this time of year to get out there (work, cold, holidays, etc...) but I'm done making excuses for my inactivity! :happy:0
