I lost 15 lbs my first month, and the 12 the second. My third month (right now) is going a bit slower.0
-
I lost 8.6 pounds in August and 8.4 in September.
Things have slowed down a little since then, but I think it's because my body is getting used to the nutrition and exercise habits.0 -
The first month 15 and some ounces, second month 6 and 9 (well the 3rd month isn't quite over yet)0
-
I averaged 2-3lbs per week so depending on the month I suppose it could have been as much as 12lbs0

In my life...40 pounds.
But I was on atkins then (dodges flying objects and insults from other MFPers).0 -
I had a 9 lb baby, does that count?0

-
My first month I lost 14 pounds, I've been stuck since - my own fault though, I got off track a little bit.0

I think she meant the ex husband.... lol0 -
In Jan 2011 I went from 115 lbs to 103 lbs in two weeks. I would not recommend it to anyone because i gained it all back Plus 5 extra pounds as soon as I started to heal from the breakup that set it off.
Now just hoping for 4-5 lbs a month.0 -

30 lbs. But it was baby weight, so I would say it probably doesn't count. Healthily, I have lost 10 lbs. It was a great month filled with plenty of food, just lots of clean eating and exercise.0

believe it or not i lost 23 lbs my first month.I had alot to lose though. so being at a heavier weight, it just came off.0

Ex Wife actually  Best weight I ever lost, 'cause I have a great wife now!0 -
I think 10 was the most. That was a couple years ago when I was restricting calories heavily...not smart for me!0

About £ 1.7 billion. That was my last month as a hedge fund manager.0

I lost 14 pounds my first month, and plateaued immediately. Now it's in the ballpark of 4-6 a month, when I'm not just randomly plateauing.0

$8000.

15 kilograms (don't know what that is in pounds). Some hardcore trekking in north thailand for a few weeks.0

Its amazing what the body can do!0

About 50 lbs.
I got hit by a car and was completely immobile for a month. Atrophy is AMAZING for weight loss.
To clarify: I don't advocate the getting-hit-by-a-car diet, but it's certainly less stupid than some of them.0 -
9lbs!0
