    You look so different. I love all your workouts, it's so nice to mix things up to help keep from getting bored. I am also a runner and the most I have done is 7 miles. Cheers to adding more! Congrats on your excellent work!!

    Wow. I am SO impressed and inspired! I was 140 when I first started dating my now husband. Then I gained 30 lbs throughout the first 3 years of our relationship. Then, I got up to 250lbs while pregnant. Now I'm 190, and have been stuck at 190 for almost 2 years!

    This REALLY helped me visualize the changes I can make again if I actually COMMIT to making the changes! (I'm also 5'9".)
