Yup.
Was it Nationwide? My understanding is that they will be providing for one year free identity theft protection and credit monitoring. I'm not sure how you'd follow up on that though. Good luck. Those things happen, unfortunately, in the day and age we're living in. And many companies take some time to release this to the public to make sure they have all the facts and numbers on exactly how many people, if any, were affected and how best to manage the issue.0 -
yes, it was Nationwide. When EVERYTHING is stolen they should provide it free for life.
Actually, it was their fault. They allowed holes in their system which caused this. My dh works in IT for a very large credit union. It's his job to make sure that this doesn't happen. When companies are vigilant on this then thieves are not able to break in.0
