I really need diet help im so confused x.x thanks

Okay my goals are to build up some muscle, i want to have better defined abs, and i want to be faster for upcoming track season. What kind of diet should i stick to? How many calories should i be eating and where should my macros be at? I'm female 5'3 and somewhere between 102-106 pounds. Thanks i could really use some guidance!
