Hello, I'm starting Turbo Fire this week, and I don't have a HRM, was wondering what cardio exercise I should log it under.

There's kickboxing option that says 'similar to turbojam' in parenthesis. I've been using that for all the cardio based workouts, and then logging the sculpt, tone, upper, lower, and core ones as calisthenics.
Have fun! I'm finishing up my first round of TurboFire and I LOVED it0 -

I use the "create exercise" option under the "My Exercises" tab because I usually follow Turbo Fire with either a stretch routine or yoga practice, and I like to keep track of exactly what workouts I've done.0

I've been logging in "Aerobics, high impact," but I take off warm up and cool down time. I may have to check out the kickboxing option! Seems like it would be more accurate.0
