    Went out to dinner. Situation popped up with a friend. Tried to help out said friend and be there for them. Possibly ****ed up the situation further. Failed life. Ate chocolate cake to feel better about myself.

    Usually going out with friends but then my blood sugar seems all messed up next day and I want to eat a deep-fried Shetland pony. So tonite I did some workout DVDs and will probably read a book and have a glass of red wine. Maybe go shopping for some household essentials first.
