Who gets Special K products?

I've been drinking the shakes and cereals throughout my diet, and I just want to know if anyone else has had success with the Special K Diet products.

I buy the crisps for snacks if I want something sweet and the cracker crisp thingys cuz they're awesome, way better than regular chips for you and taste better too

I used to eat special k cereals all the time and I love them. I have every kind stocked up in my cupboard and they have definitely helped me lose in the past. I did the special k two week challenge about a year ago and I lost the 6lbs they said I would lose in those two weeks. Haha who knows.. but they are yummy so I will continue eating them!

Oh, I also have the special k cracker chips and popcorn crackers that I snack on! yum yum yum

I eat the Special K cereal on occasion but not as an crucial aspect to my daily foods.
