How much cardio

How often and how much cardio is reccommended? I tend to burn between 4-700 cals through cardio 6x a week...I think maybe I'm a bit of a cardio junkie!! What do peoople suggest is the best option? (I'm 127 pounds, GW 120 and be toned)
I also do weights everyday and eat a very clean diet.. only unnatural products I eat is protein powders or bars. Other than that its all meat/fruit/veggies

    From a pure physique standpoint, it would be best if you did no to very little cardio.

    That would ensure you spare as much muscle as possible as your calorie deficit contributes to hopefully mostly body fat loss.
