hello everyone

even though this is set up for a guy, a woman is keeping track of everything for him. its very hard to keep him eating right on the weekends. started this october 1st and need some incouraging words to keep him going. we have a long way to go and trying to get off diabetic medacation.

    This site makes it easy to keep track of how you are doing. Having friends on here can really be helpful. Please feel free to add me. I was able to get off my insulin and I was taking a lot of it. I am on diabetic oral meds, but I can handle that. My blood sugars are now under control.
